Project Manager III (Spanish Speaking/Writing), Alpharetta, GA (#6)

Support management in day-to-day activities and operations for Justice Customer Service. Training of the Cordoba facility and resolution of any deficiencies. Help management determine and design automated solutions for call center activities. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work in detail oriented, proactive environment. Excellent customer service skills and computer experience. Including: Outlook; PowerPoint; Excel. Written foreign language (Spanish) proficiency required as well as experience work or study abroad.

Required:
Certificate or diploma in international studies or similar work experience. Customer service experience required.
Fluent in Spanish (Written and Verbal)
