Recruitmax is growing and has an immediate need for a Delivery Project Manager. As a Project Manager you will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple, concurrent web application development projects. This requires the ability to ensure that project milestones are met in a timely and effective manner. Project Managers are responsible for resource utilization tracking as well as reporting on the progress of development projects ? including identifying and escalating Delivery and Data Integration Team project issues as well as ensuring that internal stakeholders are fully aware of the customer?s expectations.

Responsibilities include:

? Act as the front-line Delivery and Data Integration Team contact with the Recruitmax Global Services Consultant on all custom application development and integration project-related issues.
? Prepare project scope and develop project plans, define resource loading, skill requirements, milestones, and metrics.
? Assist with managing the development and data integration project budget including managing of estimates against actuals.
? Coordinate execution of code migration for projects from different environments, i.e. dev, QA, staging, training, production, etc..
? Manage project risks by anticipating deployment issues and provide suggested resolutions or escalation where required.
? Work collaboratively with other internal departments (i.e. QA, R&D, Customer Service, Global Services, etc.) to properly leverage resources to address customer needs.

Qualifications:

? Experience in Project Management.
? Experience in IT Consulting, Software Integration or IT Implementations Management.
? Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or in other technical field desired.
? Excellent project planning, budgeting, scheduling and resource management skills.
? Effective time management, documentation and organizational skills.
? Solid comprehension of databases, web applications and networking environments.
? Proven project experience with application implementations.
? MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and MS Project.
? Must possess superior communication skills (both verbal and written) inclus
