We have an immediate need for a Project Manager - IVR, CTI.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
CDI is looking for a Project Manager with IVR experience for a contract opportunity.

Specifically, the project manager will manage Technology based projects from initiation to delivery within the Contact Center Technology space. This includes IVR, CTI, Telephony and UI Desktop. An understanding of these technologies or experience in managing projects within the technology space is preferred. PM will maintain and balance project budget, project plan, meetings, interdependencies and internal PM software used to bring project in on time and within budget.
