Description
The Project Manager, Infrastructure Delivery role is responsible for championing a portfolio of projects throughout the IT organization. The Project Manager will be responsible to develop detailed project charter and plan specifying goals, objectives, strategy, scope, budget, scheduling, risk mitigation strategies, contingency plans, approach, requirements, deliverables, timelines, work breakdown structures, use case, test case, training needs, as necessary for al project assignments

Qualifications:

Develop critical paths for multiple projects
Identify project resource needs and facilitate acquiring those resources
Develop and manage project budget, scope, requirements and changes
Strong knowledge of system and software SDLC, PMI and leading practices and methodologies including Agile, MSF and ITIL frameworks
Effectively communicate timely status and progress to all team members, stakeholders and management through project metrics
Identify issues and risk mitigation strategies that drive results and resolutions
Ability to negotiate, influence, inform, and collaborate with all levels of leadership
Proactively review business requirements and other MSF project artifacts for completeness and accuracy to ensure overall project delivery quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Follow project quality control and best practices
Facilitate post project reviews to identify areas of success and improvement opportunities
Implement repeatable project development best practices including project delivery forms, templates, policies and procedures
Ensure that all project deliverables are consistent with Asurion technical architecture and standards
Identify areas of process improvement and lead IT wide project process improvement initiatives
Demonstrated excellence in building relationships with internal Business and IT staff members
Assist in the management of technology vendors, consultants and service providers as needed
