The Company's website is www.oaot.com.OAOTs Professional Staffing Services division is in need of an SEI Processes Project Manager to work with the client team to define, document and manage system requirements including business rules, feature functionality, use case specifications and non functional requirements. He/She will be responsible for creating and maintaining requirements attributes, establishing traceability between business requirements and system requirements. Candidate will work with the client, system engineer and the IT Architect to ensure proper translation of business requirements to IT solution requirements. This is a leadership position that includes working with a project team comprised of personnel and client technical staff.

Requirements:

Required skills: -Basic project management skills -5+ year experience project management -Experience managing complex projectsThese skills are not required - but would be a plus! -Retail experience -SE&A familiarity -SEI/CMM(I) experience -certification (preferred) -Familiarity with Rational tools -Knowledge of WWPMM -Knowledge of SE&A Processes -Experience with GS MethodQualified candidates should submit their word-formatted resume and salary requirements to
