Position Description:
* Assist the primary Project Manager with daily activities including but not limited to:
* Project Management and documentation; financial management of assigned projects,
* Reporting and analysis of actuals for all vendors; evaluate and analyze differences between budgets and actuals;
* Work with various groups to correct inaccurate charges to a project;
* Follow up on contracts and invoices.
* Ensure payment of all invoices and provide invoice statusing.
* Be proficient in MS Office Suite.
* Must have intermediate to advanced MS Excel skill level (pivot tables, lookup)and have a good understanding of basic financial management processes.
* Prepare and present statuses, Interface with Release managers and Business Unit to ensure that all project efforts are kept on track.
* Working knowledge of ENCORE processes.
* Requires strong, demonstrated project management skills including the ability to work independently, self motivated, able to meet deadlines, good presentation skills, and good facilitation skills.
* Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Candidate should have 1-3 years experience in project/financial management.
