Position Description:
-Track projects via MS Project, Workbench, or comparable tool.
-Coordinate software releases. Prepare and present statuses.
-Interface with applications/systems managers to ensure requirements are developed and scheduled and that all project efforts are scheduled and kept on track.
-Must have ability to interact with all levels of management.
-Must be able to present multidimensional solutions to problems at an executive level.
-Supports Director Security Planning and Delivery with managing the strategic and tactical initiatives that are led and managed out of this team.
-Working knowledge of SDLC process.
-Good presentation skills. Good facilitation skills.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Candidate should have 3-5 years experience in project management.

Statement of Work:

-Participates in strategic and tactical business planning as a member of the Security Planning and Delivery team.
-Creates and helps manage business-led security initiatives.
-Helps with facilitation in the creation of conceptual security solutions architectures for business-driven needs
-Ability to integrate solutions and project plans across various programs within the security organization
-Helps with guiding solutions teams across security in translating business requirements into high-level architecture design, integration plans, costs and transitions designs to the respective security groups
-Strong project management of deliverables which include tracking action items, providing status reports, creating business cases and creation of presentations for executive management.
-Interface to Other Teams and Organizations
-Demonstrates ability in strategic thinking as a means for managing uncertainty and reaching a desired end-state
--Ability to understand and communicate persuasively complex information in a clear manner to senior management.
-Ability to effectively manage relationships with peers, subordinates, and executives.
-Able to operate in a fast changing, high profile, and often intense business environment
-Ability to organize and help manage cross functional teams
-Strong financial management skills with solid understanding of IT financial processes and terminology
-Strong analytical skills
-Strong skills with developing executive level presentations that provide status across various programs
-Minimum of 5 years leading and project managing large projects
