The candidate will be matrix managing project managers and subject matter experts from various areas and departments.

Required:
. Project management experience
. MS Office
. VoIP, Data, IP
. Operational process design
. Management of large, multi-faceted, complex projects
. Bachelor's degree
. Ability and experience with hiring/firing
. Process consultation
. Excellent communication skills, organization skills, and leadership skills

Desired:
. Master's degree in business or technology
. PMI and/or PMP
