Description
Work remotely from the convenience of your own home. Our direct client is looking for a Project Manager with MS CRM experience to interface with the client and their off shore development team. This position will be done remotely with limited travel to client sites. It is a 3-6 month contract.

Responsibilities:
. Sets and insures goals and implementation dates are achieved.
. Controls project teams and plans to insure user expectations are met.
. Operates with only limited oversight by superior.
. Identifies resource requirements and communicates to senior management.
. Conducts and leads project planning meeting and/or conference calls when required.
. Provides status reports and updates on aspects of the project as requested by senior management.
. Working with off-shore development team
. Assigns team member work loads, tasks and project assignments.
. Manages the ongoing support, maintenance, upgrades or enhancements

Experience/Skills
Qualifications:
. Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. A Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred.
. Advanced degree is a plus.
. Experience managing off shore teams a plus.
. Minimum 3 years experience with MS CRM
. Minimum 3 years of management, supervisory, or project lead experience.
. Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical terminology into terms understandable by management.
. Strong leadership characteristics.
. Ability to plan, direct and coordinate all activities of an applications support group with supervision as needed.
. Demonstrated ability in high-level problem solving.
. Generally needs little direction in addressing day-to-day tasks.
. Possesses managerial skills that empower and develop others; is sensitive to others and fosters teamwork.
. Strong problem-solving required.

**You will be able to reside from your home anywhere in the U.S., however this position requires around 20% travel**
