Ajilon is currently looking for PM for a Migration Project from Novell/ NT to Active Directory.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading high-visibility projects from inception to post-implementation review. Typical projects involve site consolidation and system conversion efforts for Desktop and NOS environments from Novell/NT to AD. Monitor the details, schedules and status of projects. df-tc

Experience/Skills
Key Responsibilities

. Organize, direct and track execution the activities of assigned projects
. Ensure projects are completed on time, within the approved budget, and within stated strategic business goals and objectives
. Act as a change agent in the identification and execution of performance improvement initiatives
. Serve as the primary contact and relationship manager for clients and all stakeholders
. Prepare standard and ad hoc reports for middle and senior management.
. Establish quality measures and standards that ensure milestones are met, projects are completed, and identified benefits are realized.

Qualifications
Experience Required
. Functional project management experience of 5 years
. Project management experience within technology and banking operations.
. Experience in engineering, company mergers and large scale migrations.
. Experience using a structured project management methodology
. Experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams of 5- 20 people
. Moderate to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft NOS, Novell NOS and Networking concepts
. Strong business acumen
. Strong meeting facilitation skills
. Strategic thinking skills
. Strong skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
. Ability to adapt tools and processes to client's needs and changing expectations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, professional project certification or equivalent work experience preferred
