Description
This position is responsible in assisting the Team Lead in developing and maintaining a Project Management discipline that ensures the integrity and success of the products and service MSI provides.

Essential Position Duties:
1. Assists in the creation, planning and operation of the Project Management Division of MSI.
2. Contributes to defining and developing the MSI Project Management Methodology.
3. Develops and maintains directory of tasks and deliverables for the products and services MSI provides.
4. Facilitates internal and external resources for product and service implementations.
5. Assists in standardizing processes for the delivery of products and services.
6. Creates and maintains Project Charter for customer.
7. Assists in evaluating in-house skill levels; determining areas of strengths and weaknesses.
8. Works with IT Manager to develop and implement an integrated project management system that effectively manages resource time, costs and project profitability.
9. Conducts feasibility studies, implement new projects, and conduct post implementations studies.
10. May perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Position Requirements:
5+ years in Technical Project Management
Must possess a strong business background
Experience in financial/cost analysis and strategic planning desired
Experience working with technical and non-technical personnel
Ability to access the "big picture" and evaluate functional and operational improvements.
Must possess the ability to understand technical terms and processes.
Experience working in a technical environment with technical staff desired.
Working knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Access and Excel
Minimum B.A. or B.S. business or related experience.df-tc
