Required skills: Require Oracle PM who will work with business partners in Japan to manage an ERP system implementation in Japan for a US Company. Responsible for the following: Must possess extensive years of experience in ERP implementations in Japan. Excellent communication, verbal, written skills as well as demonstrated effective listening. Ability to speak Japanese at a full professional proficiency level (Preferred) Must possess deep functional knowledge and understanding of Oracle R12 ERP system around Order to Cash (Contract Management, Order Management) Past experience as a lead on a global implementation.Mon- Fri- Travel 50% of the time between San Antonio, TX and Tokyo, JP Align technology stack with business process(es). Engage in order to cash, service VACS, and integration design with Business partners. Manage IT project(s) to ensure scope/cost/timeline are defined and executed. Manage IT and business relationship while ensuring business objectives are being met. Must possess strong project management skills Outstanding facilitation skills.
