9 month contract for Project Manager from a web environment:

Project Manager with mature communication skills 5 years of PM experience works
Need to have worked in leading small team before executing full life cycle from requirements to implementation for a web development project working interfacing with business analysts, web designers, coders/engineers and data base analysts
Need to have sufficient technical acumen to communicate with the web coders and data analysts types specific technologies Java/Oracle
Super strong PM acumen because user community struggles to stay on point and a weak PM will have trouble with scope creep; need to balance this with good political communications skills to give tough love to keep everyone focused on track. Requirements management is paramount because no matter how the user changes their mind the delivery dates will not change.
Need to have good instincts to read the organizational environment pay attention to sensitivities of the politics and how things get done its a entrepreneurial environment so relationships and positive can-do attitude go a long, long way there if the candidate takes a bull in china closet, over aggressive approach without consideration to the way people team they will have trouble.
Need to have confidence but not arrogance in terms of working style.
The work will include one large project and maybe a 2 other small projects along with it the candidate will work in tandem with the manager of the group and a lead BA to gather up and write requirements for new functionality enhancements to existing web environments for the National Accounts customers. The enhancements will require change their existing real estate Web Pages, presentation of new data and functionality, which impacts other groups in the company and advertisers. The candidate will need to be comfortable thinking through impacts and coming up with good middle ground solutions with web designers that various parties/users can live with.

Of course be able to build a Microsoft project schedule and track resources and burn rate on the projects.
