Description
This is for a permanent position in north-east metro Atlanta. Local metro-Atlanta candidates strongly preferred. NO relocation assistance available. U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents (green card holders) only.

Our client is seeking a project manager with approximately six years total work experience in Information Technology. Candidates should enjoy working both sides of IT (technical and business analysis) and like to get involved in multiple aspects of the development and deployment lifecycle. Ideal candidate will have Care Center, Fulfillment and E-Commerce experience. Some technical experience in an Oracle / Java environment is required. Candidates should have exposure to at least a couple of the following application areas:
Interface Management; Web Self-Service/E-Commerce, Care Center, Order Management and Routing; Order Fulfillment; Returns and Refurbishment; Data Analytics & Reporting.

Our client provides Care Center & Fulfillment services to a variety of industries. They have 3 vertical markets which include Telecommunications, E-Commerce / Retail, & Direct Response. Largest client is BellSouth (if you order DSL service, they ship the modem and handle the Customer Service). They also do work for Coke, Porsche, Ann Taylor, Nordstroms, Smith & Hawken, Martha Stewart, Back To Basic Toys, Qwest and a variety of other clients. Client has 8 fulfillment centers in 6 locations (2 in Atlanta, 2 in Chicago, Hebron, KY, Pueblo, CO, Wilmington, DE and Reno, NV) and Care Centers in Pueblo, CO and Reno, NV.

Client's business is growing significantly and they see a lot of opportunity ahead. Client is looking for an experienced Project Manager who has a combination of business analysis and technical skills. There are a variety of initiatives that include the implementation of new business, enhancements of functionality, and conversion of existing clients out of technical environments that the client wants to sunset. Their technical environment is mixed as they consolidate to an Oracle/Java environment. Minimal travel is required for the position.
