Triad financial company has immediate need for (2) Project Managers.This is a 6month assignment with possibility of extension.Candidates will manage all aspects of a project in order to meet customer expectations and maintain a high level of quality through communication, customer service and organizational practices. Project Manage will oversee various implementations and or related technical projects. Generally these projects will be technology-based projects including needs analysis, software development, and system integration/implementation. Responsibilities:Provides project direction and leadership to Software Engineer and Enterprise Services throughout the project life cycle.Help project leads in developing the project vision and manages the implementation to achieve vision.Manage both technical and business dependencies in an effort to maximize productivity of development teams.Facilitates communication upward and across the company including project status, justifications for variances and technical architecture, design, and implementation.Recommends projects to IT management and users for approval and incorporation into the enterprise Change Management process.Supervises analysts and programmers as appropriate and provide overall project coordination and managementAssist with project budget review and forecasting.No Sponsorship AvailableTHIRD-PARTY SUB-CONTRACTING AGENCIES NEED NOT APPLY!!Requirements:3-5 years project management experience including staff supervisionUnderstanding and adherence to formal Project Management methodologiesUnderstanding of Change Management and Software DevelopmentWorking knowledge of current technologies within the mortgage industryWorking experience with MS Project, Access, Word, Excel and PowerPointPlease submit resume and cover letter as a WORD attachment.
