Description
CDI IT Solutions has an immediate need for a Project Manager of Process Management in the IT field.

The candidate will need to:
Review existing processes in place in our group or facility, working with other managers to establish policy, and then developing the appropriate Visio process flowcharts, Word documents, Excel, PowerPoint, and posting to SharePoint.

Reviewing with team/revising and participating in meetings with other team members.

Candidate will need to be introduced to our methodologies and plan to imbed some of those processes and document templates into the output.


Deliverables they will need to provide, but not limited to:
Developer Guidelines (for MOSS/SharePoint platform, which is a centralized platform with remote/disconnected SBU developers)

Operational Guidelines (for same MOSS/SharePoint platform)


Quality Assurance Plans/Requirements:

Change Management Plan: Integrating/communicating planned changes to the Collaboration hardware, operating systems, or software.

Communications Planning: Content, Methodology, Frequency, online such as client’s site, SharePoint sites, emails, user meetings, etc.

URL naming conventions/guidelines:
Rogue Server policies

Help Desk Support (developing consistent process around disconnected, multi-SBU methods today)

Candidate’s communications skills as well as their technical skills will be critical, as they will have to work with a variety of people who are technical and some with strong Project Governance orientations. Visio is a basic requirement, as is Word and SharePoint.

SharePoint developer with experience in a large organization will be needed to properly define certain elements of the deliverables.df-tc
