Description
Our client has an immediate opening for a Project manager on the Assurance team. They will be responsible for the implementation of the Problem Management function. The Problem Management lead
is responsible for facilitating root cause
analysis (RCA) of critical incidents and
identification of corrective actions.

Specific responsibilities include:
Ensuring RCA completion, when necessary.
Identifying LOBs/SUs needed and involving them
in RCA
Facilitating the weekly problem management
meetings
Documenting the RCA results and action items in
the standard tool
Communicating action items to the assigned
individual.
Ensuring that action items are completed and
implemented.
Completing progress reporting on action
items.
