Description
Citizenship: US Clearance: TS PROJECT OVERVIEW: Responsible for planning, organizing and managing a project, (or series of smaller projects/definable piece of a larger program) for successful performance consistent with contractual agreements. Also responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects; and for supporting new business development by leading or assisting with proposals. Client will provide law enforcement agencies (LEAs) with a powerful new investigative tool to search, link, analyze and share criminal justice information (e.g., incident and case reports, etc.) on a national basis to a degree never before possible. The primary beneficiary will be local law enforcement, America's first line of defense against crime and terrorism. It will allow participating LEAs to detect relationships between people, places, things and crime characteristics, link information across jurisdictions and allow them to "connect the dots" between seemingly unrelated data without information overload.

Requirements:

REQUIRED: 10+ years experience and Bachelor's Degree in Management, Criminal Justice or similar field of study. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in building and managing Federal IT consulting and systems integration work preferably in the law enforcement community. They must demonstrate excellent client and staff relationship skills and a deep understanding of the business. The person will preferably have a strong track record of growing a business and of delivering outstanding work at a reasonable profit. We seek a person who not only demonstrates all of the core values, but is also energetic, positive, flexible and able to contribute as a senior member of the SBU management team. Ability to present management and technical information clearly and concisely to audiences of varying experience levels. Candidate NEEDS to have FBI/Law enforcement experience. This is a definite must for consideration DESIRED: Masters Degree in Management with a technical discipline. Experience with FBI and law enforcement
