Project Office – Clarity Support

The Project Office Clarity Support position reports to the Project Office and is responsible for supporting the evolution of the Clarity project management system to support the intake and project management processes. This role will need a strong understanding of Project Management practices and experience in the Clarity Product to assist in the definition and rollout of intake processes and project management practices within this product. This position will be utilized to configure the product for workflow and efficiencies to improve the quality of the data being collected. Experience customizing portlets and reporting in this toolset is required.




Basic Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Two to three years of experience in clarity configuration and project management activities, planning and coordination



Preferred Skills/Experience:


Experience with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Experience with Sharepoint or a similar collaboration tool is preferred but not required.
Experience with MS Project is preferred but not required.
Experience with Clarity toolset required.
Basic knowledge of assigned business line or functional area.
Well-developed organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data.
