Project Manager

The Project Manager possesses strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, work well with clients and internal team, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The Project Manager also has to have the ability to balance simultaneous projects and in a fast-paced environment. Required skills also include having a working knowledge of the Internet/Web, experience in project management. Seeking Project Managers with 2-5 years experience.

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager

Serve as the project lead and assist in the managing, coordinating, scheduling of Web projects from inception to completion as an integral part of a cross-functional team.
The Project manager will serve as a consultant to clients
Effectively communicate and document scope, project schedules, assignments, and open issues with internal team members and clients.
The Project Manager will act as project expert retaining and communicating all project-related history, information for client, and resources.
Expected to facilitate and lead meetings and presentations.
Ability to create organization methods and tools most appropriate to an individual project.
Consult with individual team leads to resolve schedule/resource conflicts.
Lead project teams to ensure deadlines are met and within budget.
Work with all (internal and external) teams to identify and resolve issues found during QA.
Manage support contracts and issue tracking for clients

Experience/Skills
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of project management experience, including:
- Bachelor-s degree in related field or equivalent experience required
- Knowledge of project management and working knowledge of Internet/Web processes and technologies
- Broad understanding of software development methodologies preferred
- Experience with industry standard project management tools including Microsoft Project, time tracking, and budget tracking
- Strong analytical, planning, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment
