Expert Project Manager:

***Critical Competencies / Minimum Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the SAP app., functional modules, integration points and technologies, and related dev. and maint. processes.
  • Strong influencing skills. Comfort with negotiating and driving timely decisions (rather than consensus) when required.
  • Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, often ambiguous and event driven environment.
  • Strong comm. skills (written and verbal), and comfortable presentation and speaking skills.
  • Effective and sound decision making skills, influencing, and leadership. >3+ years of experience working in a technology driven, matrix management environment including effective team mgmt. involving mixed (internal / contract) resources
  • 7+ years of successful technical project management experience (with references)

    Responsibilities:
    Project Manager for the SAP Hot Pack Update project: manage internal projects from initiation through delivery. Activities include detailed planning and budgeting, periodic project control and status reporting, proactive team and resource management, and hands-on project guidance to ensure completion of assigned projects on schedule and within budget. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects of medium to large size and technical complexity. The initial area of focus for this position is a hot pack update on 4.5b.
