US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED

Seeks a self-starting individual to manage and contribute technically on a SIGINT development project for collection and processing systems. The scope of this project ranges from the development of prototypes to the sustainment and evolution of operational systems.

This program includes system support through all phases of the life cycle from concept through final delivery, using an iterative design methodology to maximize productivity. Solutions are implemented on platforms including Linux PCs and Embedded processors.

The position responsibilities include serving as the main customer interface, leading program personnel, providing technical contributions on the project, and managing costs and schedules.

Skills/Requirements Required:
BS in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Computer Science, Applied Math, or other relevant technical discipline. Demonstrated capability in scientific programming with C, C , or similar high-level language on Unix/Linux. Working knowledge of Digital Signal Processing techniques and geolocation principles. Minimum of 5 years development experience. Minimum of 3 years experience in the SIGINT domain (operations or programs). Relocation to sunny tucson , Arizona. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (US citizenship required).

Preferred:
MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Computer Science, Applied Math, or other relevant technical discipline. X-Midas, nextmidas or MATLAB experience. 3 years of project management experience in the SIGINT domain.

Applicable Signal Processing Background (experience in any of the following):
Signal conditioning. Resampling . Interference canceling . Equalization. Cyclostationary techniques. Spectral methods. Satellite communications. Cellular communications systems. Modern wireless protocols, including but not limited to 802.11. Modern modulation schemes. Coding theory and techniques.df-tc
