Description
This position exists to dramatically improve the efficiency and effectiveness of technical processes impacting the Sales Division through information technology and process redesign.

Key Accountabilities:
- Analyze areas for efficiency and effectiveness improvements through user groups, work teams, individual interviews and field workwiths.
- Analyze and document "as is" processes, facilitate process redesign with key stakeholders.
Develop projects and design project plans. Manage projects to create a more efficient operating environment in Sales through systems, procedures and processes.
- Coordinate projects with other Masterfoods USA regional efforts.

Requirements:
- 2-5 Years experience in field sales, engineering or other related fields. Field sales at the Key Account/Account Management level preferred.
- Management of a key business project in a multi-functional area, with a focus of understanding the sales function.
- 4 year college degree preferred.
- Must be willing to travel when necessary.
- Light lifting of computers and presentation equipment.df-tc
