Description
Position: Project Manager - Sharepoint experience
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55413
40+ Hours per week until the end of 2008, with a likely extension.

Create and execute project plan to implement Share Point services, version 3.0 (Moss) and a new CRM platform - working closely with key stakeholders, architecture and development team to insure timely delivery within budget.
Top Technical Skills:

1. Knowledge of SharePoint, preferably most recent version (Moss)
2. Willingness to question technical staff on delays or problems and provide creative solutions to resolve issues and keep project on track and moving towards objectives
3. Experience implementing technical solution with ambiguous requirements and leadership to make decisions based on sound best practices

Top Functional Skills:
1. Intuitive and pro-active technical management skill that will anticipate risk and react
2. Excellent listening skills and ability to clarify communication to understand project progress or shortcomings
