Job Responsibilities are as follows:
  • Provide global IS project leadership to teams of cross-functional geographically dispersed resources
  • Facilitate requirements gathering for new initiatives and prepare formal requirements documentation
  • Identify project resources/staffing requirements and ensure appropriate approvals
  • Manage end-to-end implementation and track progress of select initiatives following the Systems Development Life Cycle Methodology
  • Develop short and long term technical goals for entire organization
  • Must be willing to travel and maintain a flexible schedule dependent on workload
  • International Travel is required

    Experience/Skills
  • 10+ years including at least 5 yrs of proven PM experience
  • BA in technology or related field
  • MBA preferred but not required

  • Broad knowledge of hardware/software technologies
  • Experience in computer system implementationbr>
  • Demonstrated expertise in PM with firm understanding of the process steps and deliverables within an IS dev life cycle
  • Proven ability to partner with business clients to understand their issues and business objectives and to apply technology to add business value

  • Experience providing system support including both problem management and enhancement requests
  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of MS Office required
  • Must be accomplished user of Microsoft Project and Visio applications

  • Should have strong knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols, Microsoft Servers, Active Directory Services and Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Technical writing and strong communications skills required

  • CCNE, MCSE or other industry certification
  • Leadership or key project role on Microsoft Sharepoint deployment would be beneficial and a plus
