Description
The position involves managing client relationships, overseeing marketing campaigns, and organizing the cross-team communications that enable successful execution for our clients. Responsibilities also include updating and monitoring project status, project budgets, schedules, and providing overall administrative support. The Project Manager serves as the project owner and is ultimately responsible for the successful delivery and execution of every campaign.

The ideal candidate will combine an intense will to succeed with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and with sharp attention to detail. A background in Project Management is a must. Technology or agency experience is preferred.

. Managing overall project implementation across business development, editorial, creative, marketing and technology teams
. Organizing overall schedule, milestones, and scope of deliverables
. Communicating client needs and expectations clearly across development teams
. Responsible for project success on time and within budget

Experience/Skills
Requirements:
. Passion for customer service and for ensuring that our physicians and clients have the best experience possible
. 4 year Bachelors degree
. 2-3 years work experience
. Strong ability to develop and implement processes and procedures
. Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
. Strong ability to be responsible, accountable and result driven
. Excellent communication skills
. Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
. Knowledge of internet technologies
. Knowledge of marketing related creative process (marketing or agency experience preferred, especially within the pharmaceutical industry) a plus
