Description
The Project Manager will provide technical leadership on projects and utilize the technical resources available within the Information Systems Department. Duties include: Ensure corporate standards and development policies are met within all development efforts; Communicate with business leaders to ensure business requirements are met and user expectations are managed; Supervise and direct technical and analytic staff to ensure that professional goals are met and provide appropriate feedback to colleagues both ongoing and during formal written review periods; Work with the Manager, to ensure that cost estimates for projects are met; Manage individual projects through all stages of development including specification, planning, design, technical development, testing, implementation, and support.

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology; 5-7 years experience in managing application projects.

Additional Qualifications: 3-5 years experience in web development and internet technologies; Technical background in JAVA technologies a plus.
