Description
Currently seeking a Project Manager with Mortgage Systems/Applications experience for a fast growing Organization in the Wholesale Lending Industry. Great chance to get in on the ground floor of a company that will be experiencing tremendous growth!

We're implementing a Web based system for our Wholesale Organization and need a Project Manager to help develop the overall strategy to rollout and promote the web initiative to current and existing wholesale brokers and the internal organization.

This position will also offer the opportunity to Lead and Manage the effort to rollout the web initiative to the Wholesale brokers which will include:

-- Obtain broker feedback and develop/implement short and long term enhancements/changes
-- Be a liaison with Wholesale Marketing to promote this initiative within the broker community.
-- Establish and Manage a Help Desk which encompasses technical and functional support and underwriting support.

Ideal candidate will have experience in the Mortgage Industry with specific understanding of Wholesale, broker interaction, and system automation -- Specific experience with Dorado systems a huge plus.

Experience/Skills
Requires:

-- 5+ years of Project Management experience; Bachelor's degree
-- Strong PM skills and ability to manage large, complex and cross-functional projects w/emphasis on systems, technologies, and business processes.
-- Previous experience managing vendors and contact management.
