The Project Manager eBusiness Quality Assurance you will oversee User Acceptance testing efforts for the CCS websites, and coordinates testing for Legal, Compliance and across departments. Defines and documents test plans, test bed account criteria and the problem report issues log. Conducts meetings to review issues and work with developers to resolve issues found in User Acceptance testing.

Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Oversees and participates in the testing of all new functionality implemented on any HCS website. Documents specific needs required to meet project objectives.
2. Defines test bed account criteria to meet testing objectives. Submits criteria to Technical Support and distributes to appropriate departments.
3. Defines and documents testing strategies for each specific project phase and reviews with developers to ensure timeliness.
4. Defines and documents detailed step by step test scripts which detail action items to be performed to validate project is functioning to satisfy business requirements. Provides issues and screen prints of User Acceptance testing to project owners for review. Regression tests old and new changes as required when changes are necessary.
5. Schedules and conducts task force meetings to review issues logs and User Acceptance testing progress.
6. Interfaces with Systems Assurance Training departments to ensure procedure materials are created for project rollout.
7. Audits User Acceptance test plans to validate assigned project is working correctly in the production environment and ensures no customer impact or incidents as a result of project rollout.
8. Provides written communications prior to project rollout summarizing new changes of functionality to the websites and distributes to impacted business units.
9. Supports User Acceptance testing of new forms.
10. Some travel may be required.
11. Performs other related duties as assigned.df-tc


Experience/Skills
This position requires a bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in operations, computer science, business or related field. This position requires at least seven years related work experience with at least five years experience in Operations (Fraud, Collections, Customer Care, Project Management). This position requires: a detailed working knowledge of operations functions; the ability to manage goals and objectives without directly managing a staff; expert working knowledge of WHIRL, PEGA, Toolbars and web-related activities; expert knowledge of the revised SDM process; working knowledge and management of the HI Quality Assurance process; the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization and across business units; working knowledge of marketing with an understanding of online marketing preferred; familiarity with internet terms, technology platforms and development; demonstrated flexibility in taking on assignments; and the creative ability to challenge existing processes and procedures.
