Description
Provide Project Management for implementation projects for co's clients. Working closely with the PSG Product Specialist, the Project Manager is responsible for the following:

Be the project lead and primary client contact for implementations, including requirements analysis, gap analysis, upgrades, testing, software release management, client training, and production conversion, as assigned
Prepare, manage and track the progress of project plans for new banks or banks adding new services
Work closely with Relationship Management, Product Management, Development, ASP and Sales teams to schedule resources and resolve issues that may arise
Present new/upgraded services to bank clients
Schedule all necessary resources and tasks while implementing new banks
Manage all project deliverables
Manage weekly project management conference call reviews of projects with the client
Manage the client expectations on deliverables
Provide management reporting on project status

Other responsibilities include:
Provide backup for other Project Managers as requested
Handle multiple projects, both internal and external
Meet timelines and deadlines as assigned for all projects
Perform other duties as directed

Experience/Skills
Minimum of 3 years in project management
Minimum of 3-5 years financial industry experience, in either banking and/or software vendor environment
A self-motivated and hard working individual who is goal oriented, able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities to meet the demands of internal and external clients
Must be able to contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork through collaborative behavior and open communications
Expert user of MS Project
Must be able to interact with all levels of management, from senior management to technical personnel, with co's and Bank clients
Experience in large scale and critical system/software implementations
Familiarity with UNIX and/or Windows environments a plus
Must be willing to travel 10-20% of the time, with some months consisting of several travel days and some months with no travel days
Willingness to work erratic and long hours when necessary to achieve customer and company objectives
Work remotely if required
