Description
Responsible for managing the implementation of specific company/client contracts (Projects) involving complex, leading edge telecommunications systems. Manages Project from initiation through final test and client delivery. Interfacing with customer on technical matters throughout the duration of the project. Plans and directs program schedules using Microsoft Project Gantt charts and various project tracking tools. Maintains project schedules to meet milestones. Assigns and monitors work of systems engineering, product procurement and manufacturing/installations. Performance analysis of staff, providing continual technical support and direction to the various project teams. Establishes operational objectives and assignments and delegates tasks to subordinate technical systems engineers.df-tc
