Description
Out Client in the peninsula is looking for a Production Project Manager. This person is responsible for project managing the overall production workflow of design content. Our ideal candidate will have experience managing in a production environment, managing workflows and coordinating assets from creating workback schedules, coordinating the flow of assets and accounting of all assets. Monitor deliverables and follow-up as appropriate. Document and communicate the production process and production specs for all products to internal and external partners. Create mechanicals to test and verify specs of new products. Create and oversee a master production schedule, Develop resource plans to ensure resources are appropriately utilized and in place. Help manage 3rd party relationships by creating work back schedules and coordinating production and merchandising assets. Educate partners on how to get their files production ready and the overall production/review cycle. Primary liaison between design/content coordinators and remote production team – creating workflows, coordinating delivery of assets, schedule print testing and review cycles. Prioritize the workflow and events that get the most important and urgent work completed first.

Experience/Skills
A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of professional project management experience in production and managing digital assets, Proficient use of MS Project and Excel, Experience with various types of content files (JPG, AI, SVG, PSD). Working knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator required. Thorough understanding of Web technologies.
