THIS IS A 6 MONTH RIGHT TO HIRE SPOT This is a req for a project leader resource.He needs to be an architect type who can communicate well (written and verbally). Should have some project management skills. Needs to have a familiarity with multiple technologies so that s/he can manage different projects and knows which technology to choose. S/he should have a solid tech background in one of these. Should have Java or .Net (strong hands-on in one, knowledge of the other) Oracle or SQLServer Data modeling skills Project management skills Technical spec writing skills Good client relations skills Experience in systems design Knowledge of XML
