Genesis10 has a need for a Project Manager with a Mortgage background to join one of the largest financial organizations in the world. Client is based in Charlotte, NC. The Project Manager will have strong project management skills with a mortgage background, particularly with foreclosures, loss mitigation, REO and MSP. Must understand the mortgage process from loan origination through loss mitigation and accounting. Must be local to the Charlotte market.

Experience/Skills
Required Skills/Experience:
- Project Management skills with in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry.
- Mortgage operations experience.
- Loan origination / servicing / loss mitigation / REO (real estate owned).
- Capable of dealing with data mapping issues.
- Understanding of how data needs to be in the database.
- Relational database design understanding.
- Analytics.
- Will be working with people in the Risk Capital Group - Quant type people.
- Dealing with BA's (running queries and analyzing data).
- Will help write BRD's.
