OPPORTUNITY:
As our Project Manager you will assure that all facets of project-specific field operations are executed safely, performed to industry standards and in the prescribed amount of time.

Key Success Factors:
· Successfully administer customer projects from start to finish

· Effectively handle multiple projects and tasks associated with a project rollout

· Ability to recognize and install all computer related cabling to its related peripheral device

· Ability to test and use customer equipment such as cash registers, peripherals and computers to ensure proper function

· Ability to install and program a wide variety of telephone systems and voicemail systems

· Aid in the maintenance and development of project and installation manuals

· Develop and build professional rapport with both internal and external associates of Intelex, Inc and promote a professional and polished image

· Perform duties of Field Manager, and/or Technician as needed

· Demonstrate exceptional communication skills especially internally with Installation Manager, Field Managers, Technicians, and Billing Assistants

· Possess the flexibility needed to meet changing project and personnel needs

· Accurately record and maintain spreadsheets, databases of project information and progress, as well as job costing and individual job progress

· Efficiently meet or exceed project budget goals, and customer expectations

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years project management/coordination experience (preferably in the telecommunications, point of sale, or structured wiring industry), high-level of computer capabilities including word processing, spreadsheets, Internet software, and email, strong technical skills, Ability to travel (100 % paid), basic mathematical skills and reasoning ability, valid motor vehicle operator's license.
