Project / Program Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana:

This position is responsible for managing small to medium IT projects and/or subproject teams, the end user and the third party provider activities pertaining to the design, development, testing, documentation and implementation of application product and services. This includes the oversight management of the project team, the IT relationship with third party providers and the relationships within the IT organization. This includes overall financial, scope, and critical path management responsibility for the assigned projects.

Provide project management for the project team, by following accepted IT project management principles in order to provide a productive working environment and quality support for the project team during the lives of projects.

Provide management for project deliverables between the company and third party service providers by services requested and reviewing billing in order to assure that services provided meet requests and expectations for the project.

Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Manage the financial, time and resource aspects of the project against a budget and project plan and work to deliver products and services on time and on budget.

Solid knowledge of the Microsoft suite of office products.
Excellent foundation in project management principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong background in business principles (including Finance and SOX) preferred.
Intermediate to advanced technical knowledge in full systems development cycles.
Strong problem solving and negotiating skills.

This is a full time position in the greater Indianapolis, IN area. Candidates must have prior field services experience and understand how Ecommerce interfaces with field services.df-tc
