Description
3H Technology has an immediate opening in our Reston, Virginia location for an experienced Project Manager to assist our Software Development team. Join our team of technical professionals developing innovative business solutions.

The position requirement includes: BS Computer Science, MIS or equivalent, mimimum 4+ years in managing software development projects, 2+years of hands-on software design, development, & architecture.

Technology Skills- Knowledge of:
*UML-Hands-on
*.NET &/or J2EE
*Application Architecture
*Oracle & SQL Server Dbs
*Rational Suite
*CM Tools- Microsoft VSS or CVS
*MS Project
*MS Visio
*MS Office Suite
*CMMI experience is a huge plus
*Customer Relationship Management
*Excellent communication skills: Verbal & Written
*Federal experience is a big plus
*Candidate must be able to obtain a security clearance
*Capable of handling dynamic environments

The individual will be responsible for leading multiple software development efforts in coordination with other divisions within 3H (QA, PM) as well as external contractors. The candidate will also interface heavily with the client on a regular basis to elicit requirements, facilitate JRPs, lead CCBs, as well as deliver status. The selected individual would be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a multiple discipline team as well as revise and advise on overall technical direction. The PM would provide the customer with technical consulting and advice on relevant technical issues. May need to research optimal approaches or toolsets. Is responsible for the project's P & L.
