Provides meticulous project control, progress status, and project tracking Develops, maintains, and optimizes project plans Manages issues, risks, and change control Delivers projects on time, within budget, and within scope Determines project resource availability, manages resource allocation, and resolves resource contention issues Understands AEP's methods and tools for executing sytem projects Strong ability to communicate with business/technical staff and comprehend complex technical concepts Strong proficiency using Microsoft Project with a strong aptitude for generating earned value metrics Strong understanding of project management methodology in a PMI context
