Six plus years of business experience with min. 3 years successful project management experience on projects of at least 15 to 20 people

Self motivating, strong personality, works will with customers, takes the initiative, meticulous in process, procedures, documentation, and coordination.

Fully capable of:
Working independently and as lead of a team with minimal supervision.
Promotes open communication, written and oral.
Understanding client business processes.
Anticipates issues, prepares contingencies, and stays current on project status.
Facilitates analysis of business processes and creation of functional requirements.
Dynamic in ability to work with all levels of management and client personnel.
