Description

An industry leader in IT business solutions, we know that talent and skill are what build success, so we look for top notch, experienced IT professionals to join our team. We are looking for a Project Manager to manage Java Developers for our client located in Indianapolis. This person will also develop application business rule walkthrough presentation. Other responsibilities include;
- Developing application development and enhancement project schedule in PlanView
- Developing application resource plan that assigns our client's IT teams to identified application work activities or identifies potential gaps.
- Identifying necessary application development and testing tools, processes, resources and gaps necessary to support development / enhancement of adaptors, connectors, and enterprise business services.
- The ability to be responsible for data consolidation, analysis, and design work.
- Executing application development plans and meeting required timelines.
- Planning and supporting application and Architecture testing efforts.

Experience/Skills
To be successful in this role, you must have experience leading Java and Cobol developers. You must also have experience in the following technologies:
Java
Cobol
Rational ClearCase and Clearquest
Aligndex Identity Management is highly preferred.
