Job Description
Full ownership and responsibility of the project from conception to delivery identify and define customer needs, identify needed internal resources, create project plans, make sure project advances according to the project plans.
As the project leader, define and monitor project status related to key project goals.
Develop and maintain all project meeting documentation and take appropriate action to maintain progress on action items as required.
Consult with internal organizations and external clients to define steps, processes and customized implementation project plans
Gather client requirements and manage project delivery
Manage client relations and expectations
Manage technical software development projects for financial services customers
Pre-sale Join sales presentations in the role of technical and architecture expert
Frequent domestic travel and occasional international travel
Reports to: VP Customer Care and Professional Services


Skills and Qualifications
5+ years proven project management experience in high tech complex projects
Proven track record in handling multiple projects and managing client relationships
Experience in all stages of software development and implementation lifecycle
Independent, self-starter with multi-cultural experience
Customer-facing experience with excellent presentation and communication skills
Exposure to Internet technologies including XML, JSP, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with E-Commerce systems architecture and IT Operations
Excellent presentation, communications (written and oral) and documentation skills
The following are advantages: working knowledge of UNIX operating systems, a security background, familiarity with payment solutions (Credit/Debit), exposure to pre-sales activities including RFP responses and presentation
Experienced in working with Israeli companies- a plus


Education
B.SC in Computer Science or equivalent; MBA an advantagedf-tc
