Description
Currently seeking a Project Manager for a Financial Services organization in Costa Mesa, CA. Position will work under Business Planning/Continuity to manage Plant Security initiatives and implementations.

Ideal candidate will have previous experience successfully working within a Matrixed environment to Manage Progress and status of Projects.

This opportunity will track project progress for all identified physical security findings to closure for up to 5 locations.

Will also be involved in the following:

-- Reporting progress/deviations to schedules
-- Working with various Client groups to resolve findings
-- Implement new processes and procedures across the enterprise as required.
-- Producing meaningful progress, issue and summary reports in various formats to suit stakeholder needs.

Some light travel may be required.

Experience/Skills
Requires:

-- Previous Project Management experience
-- Excellent communication skills
-- Previous experience managing projects across a Matrixed environment to successful completion
-- Strong Team Player attitude and demonstrated ability to facilitate/implement change through other people/organizations.
