The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Knowledge of human resources functional areas
-Knowledge of systems and software, including PeopleSoft, project management software, Word, Excel and Outlook
-Ability to build business cases and make project recommendations to management
-Effective team leader and facilitation skills
-Ability to monitor and meet deadlines
-Ability to measure and quantify results

EXPERIENCE:
-Seven to ten years experience in human resources or other relevant field, and/or project management. At least -five years in a leadership role.
-Previous responsibility for project management work across complex organizations - or project management certification from PMI (project management institute)
-Previous experience using project management software
-Experience developing and managing project budgets
-Experience with the selection and management of vendors
