Description
Individual will function as project manager for US Pacific Air Force (PACAF) Engineering & Technical Services (ETS) contract and be located in Honolulu, Hawaii. AT&T GSI is sub-contractor to ATS, the prime contractor. AT&T GSI has 36 spaces potentially working in 19 locations around the Pacific Rim.

Required skills, knowledge, and attributes include:
Experience as project manager for a multi-million dollar project. Certified PM by PMI. Highly skilled in all MS Office products, especially MS Project, and other control, coordination, and management applications. Experience in virtual operations when dealing with telecommunications and IT work sites, problem resolution, and technology insertion. Must have experience in all HR related matters to include special and technical staffing selection, development, and support. Must have excellent teamworking, networking, and collaborative skills and experience.

This project involves customers on many different levels. Must be familiar with area of operations, customs, and international business environments in Japan, Korea, Okinawa, Singapore and Thailand as a minimum as well as business operations in several US states and territories. Must have experience with technical operations in telephony, IT hardware and software, LAN/WAN/SAN, database administration, IT programming, and help desk environments. Must be capable of and willing to travel the extreme distances to work sites in the Pacific Rim.

Candidate must have a Top Secret security clearance to begin work and be able to obtain an upgrade to TS/SCI.df-tc
