HERES WHAT WE NEED

A Project Manager for immediate start in the Raleigh, NC area. Candidate has to be able to articulate the SDLC for software development and advocate the need for its presence. Person will be working with Sr. management and will need to stay firm to the projected delivery dates based upon complexity of the work, estimate effort and availability of resources even though the business might want it delivered earlier.

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient with MS-Project (server version a plus).
  • Must be able to manager 4-5 projects concurrently.
  • Must have proven experience with items like: issue management, change/scope control, resource allocation and workload leveling.
  • Must be detailed oriented while still being able to keep focus on long-term needs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
