Experience using MS Project 2003
Expertise in using MS Excel
PM certification (PMP certification courses)
Managed medium sized projects with design and implementation components 6-8 years of experience
Risk Management experience
Obtain input of project schedule status (% complete, remaining effort hours required, identify constraints or dependencies and any issues) from Leads & update project schedule
Manage and coordinate updates to resource plan spreadsheet
Obtain input and manage issue and risk logs
Take minutes of weekly status meeting
Review status report input, issue and risk log with Functional Area PM.
Update NGC PMO Lab and Consolidation project schedules
Coordinate activities with Functional Area Solution Architects
