Experience/Skills
. Project Manager (PMO) skills required for Status reporting, tracking of issues, risks, dependencies, and detailed Project plan creation with tracking. Person needs the ability to setup and conduct meetings, act as liaison with many different personalities.

The Project Managers is responsible for assisting the client's senior management with project initiation, project tracking and project coordination.
He/she will drive the project utilizing standard project management templates and work products such as schedules, scope documents, change control documents, issues logs, and status reports. The Project Manager is also accountable to organize and drive the communication plan, including recurring programs and project coordination meetings.

Candidates must have solid project management and coordination experience. Experience implementing project management and system life-cycle standards is also desirable in a web based environment.

Drive team project status meetings, manage issues, change request process, project plans, schedules.
Monthly Reporting - Coordinate and drive Monthly Portfolio Reporting for the outlined project and conduct reviews with IT management before submission (IT Monthly/Detailed Monthly, Financials, Monthly Accomplishments Report). Supports and Drives Monthly reporting on all IT Monthly and Detailed Monthly Status Report (MSR).
Drive project performance both quantitative and qualitative and analyze project performance, recommend and implement corrective actions.
Work with area financial coordinators to ensure financial management team is kept informed of accruals, revisions to forecast, etc.
Assist in resource planning and coordination of inter-project dependencies across the entire program. Work with key managers to understand 'big picture' interdependencies among all projects in program.
Coordinate and enforce scope change control process and issues escalation and resolution across the program.

Experience
At least 12 years of experience with 5 or more years of Program/Project Management experience including exposure to the Project Management Institute's (PMI) methods and guidelines. (PMI's PMP certification desirable)
Skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities with great people skills
Self starter along with excellent oral and written communication skills
Promotes team building, excels at conflict resolution
Practical knowledge of Project M
