Description
REQUIRED: 5+ yrs exp. managing complex IT projects of an appropriate size. Exp. with SAP, Client-Server, Mainframe and Web-Enabling architectures. Exp. in delivering technical solutions within a timeframe. Has delivered several IT projects that include both custom and package integration solutions in a client/server, web and mainframe environment. Ability to design solutions, present alternatives, reach consensus, control scope creep, dive into technical detail, match technical skills to technical needs, hands-on vs. having had project team leads or other team members that this person merely coordinated. Proven track record meeting budget and schedule while meeting business requirements and goals. Exp. with a project methodology (like MSF/RUP) and willingness to learn our project methodology. Excellent communicator and people leader. Ability to travel to Mexico for 2-3 week periods 2-3 times in a 1 year duration. Professionalism, demonstrated ability to work in a team environment are essential. DESIRED: Exp. managing external offsite software solution providers. Spanish speaking.df-tc
