Description
Proven technical and management experience, from inception to deployment, of one or more projects. Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in multiple tasks across several functional areas and including use of different technologies. Manages moderate program/technical support operations potentially involving multiple projects/task orders and personnel at multiple locations. Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and execution of all program/technical support activities. Must be able to plan and budget staff and data resources. Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff. Monitors performance and evaluates areas to improve efficiency.
