Description
InSource is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in Infrastructure and Data Center, server and data consolidation. ? Senior project manager position supporting the Managed Services Program Office. ? Coordination with International projects via Program Management Organization. ? Project Management for all North American related work. ? Experience in o IT Infrastructure and Data Center Project Management o Server and Data Consolidation Project Management ? Determine Scope, Workload and Resource Requirements to manage NA project. ? Create and manage integrated project plan across all tracks of work, and for vendors. ? Proactive identification and management of all dependencies and critical path items, including bottlenecks and near-term deliverables. ? Manage project schedule by planning and tracking projects and resource trends, risks, issues, technologies and solution, with appropriate escalations. ? Produce periodic program status reports and business reviews, and project dashboard. ? Manage program level risks and issues, and program level change controls. ? Interface with client Support Center, Vendors, and Country Coordinators and Project Managers to ensure successful program delivery. ? Implement best practices methodology and mechanisms for project cost accounting and ongoing administration, aligned with client standards.
